BHAKTIVEDANTA MANOR
Arguably one of the best wedding venues for Hindu weddings is the Bhaktivedanta Manor. The Bhaktivedanta Manor is definitely one of my favourite wedding venues in London. The Bhaktivedanta Manor is a beautiful Hare Krishna temple, steeped in history & donated by George Harrison of the Beetles.
The gem of a venue it is hidden away, just north of London near Watford. It is a prominent temple that has been serving thousands of Hindus in and around London for almost fifty years. The venue is surrounded by beautiful grounds in addition to having an inspiring temple room & awe-inspiring Radha-Gokulananda, Sita-Ram-Lakshman-Hanuman murtis (deities).
Weddings here are inclusive of a wedding priest, wedding decoration & mandap, as well as their scrumptious in-house catering. One of the only things that is not included in, what is otherwise an “all-inclusive” package is your photography. This is where we would love to be involved.
We photograph around half a dozen weddings at the Bhaktivedanta Manor each year & cherish every visit. To date, we have covered over 60 events at the Bhaktivedanta Manor.
However, aside from shooting weddings, my wife & I visit this temple often for worship & have many friends within the temple’s community, so much so, that we consider the Bhaktivedanta Manor our second home.

Mickey was the perfect photographer to capture our memories of a lifetime. We wanted to keep our wedding quite intimate and therefore only had Mickey as the photographer and wow, what a fantastic job he did. Not only did he capture the most beautiful photos of us and our families but he was also so helpful with the organisation side of things, flexible with timings and made us feel very comfortable. We offer our time & share our profits with local Gaushallas (Hindu cow sanctuaries), to help with the ongoing efforts to protect cows & bulls from slaughter & ill-treatment. Our support extends to the wonderful Gaushalla at the Bhaktivedanta Manor.
